Laboratory for mixing, granulation, drying and reaction

MIX has been designing and manufacturing mixing systems for powder, grain, fibre and paste products since 1990. Over the years, MIX has had the chance to deal with various products and has learnt that each process is unique and deserves a custom-built machine that fulfils its purpose.

Its ever-growing experience allows MIX to design and manufacture machines (Mixers, Stirred Bunkers, Granulators, Heaters, Coolers, Dryers, Reactors, Sterilisers) for both batch and continuous processes, capable of meeting the most challenging demands.

MIX firmly believes in the importance of Research, Development and technological Innovation. In 2015, MIX expanded its Mixing/Process Laboratory. Today, customers can request Tests to be performed with stricter parameters: Temperatures up to +200°C, Pressures up to +5 bar and under Vacuum. Powders, Grains, Fibres and Pastes can be tested in the Laboratory, even in explosive atmospheres (ATEX). Chemical reactions, physical changes, humidity percentage in products and increases in temperature and pressure can be managed fully automatically, keeping all parameters monitored in each stage of the entire process.

MIX has always ensured Confidentiality of processed information and the repeatability of the results obtained in the Laboratory on Industrial Machines.

The innovative technology applied makes it much easier to determine the distinctive features of each product and, as a result, to identify the most suitable mixing/process techniques to obtain the finished product that customers desire.
